Refunds will be issued if the repair service is not completed as per the agreed-upon terms, or if the issue with your watch remains unresolved after the repair.

Refunds are not provided for repairs that have been completed successfully, but the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the service.

If you cancel the repair before the work is started, we will issue a full refund for any amounts paid.

If you cancel the repair after the work has begun, we may charge a diagnostic fee or a portion of the repair cost to cover the work completed up to that point.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 1 days of receiving your repaired watch.

Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase, along with details of the issue with the repair.

Non-refundable Fees:

Diagnostic fees, shipping costs, or any other non-repair-related charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, shipping costs for returning your watch may not be covered.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

No refunds will be issued for watches damaged due to misuse, neglect, or external factors (such as water damage, impact, or unauthorized tampering).

If the repair was performed as requested and the watch is returned in working order, no refund will be issued.

You are responsible for inspecting the repair work and notifying us immediately if there are any issues. We aim to address concerns as quickly as possible.
